Overview

This 5-day safari offers an unforgettable Tanzanian adventure through three of the country’s most famous parks. Begin with Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, and flamingos. Continue to the iconic Serengeti National Park, home to abundant wildlife and the great migration (seasonal). End the safari at the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most unique conservation areas with incredible biodiversity. This itinerary balances exciting game drives with comfortable lodge/tented accommodations for a seamless safari experience.

Day 1 :

Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart your hotel with a packed lunch and head to Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive spotting elephants, giraffes, flamingos, hippos, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Lunch is served at a scenic picnic site inside the park. Continue game viewing in the afternoon before transferring to your tented lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 :

Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, leave the lodge with a lunch box and drive to Serengeti National Park. Stop at Naabi Gate to complete park entry formalities. Enjoy a game drive on the way to your lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti, spotting wildlife along the way. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Day 3 :

Serengeti Full-Day Game Drive

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, returning to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the late morning and early afternoon relaxing before heading out for another game drive. Witness the Serengeti’s predators, herbivores, and birds in their natural habitat. Lunch can be en route or back at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the same lodge/tented camp.

Day 4 :

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, depart Serengeti with a lunch box while enjoying an en route game drive. Stop for lunch at a scenic picnic spot before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Check in at your lodge near the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 :

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. The crater is home to lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, hippos, and a variety of bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater. In the late afternoon, ascend and drive back to Arusha, either to your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your safari.
